A luxury, full-service waterfront resort located along the scenic Southern Georgia coastline is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to help lead a dynamic, high-volume operation.  This leadership role supports a diverse Food & Beverage program featuring multiple upscale dining venues, extensive banquet and catering operations, and elevated resort guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in luxury hospitality, with proven success managing high-volume restaurants and large-scale banquet operations.

The resort is seeking a hands-on, service-driven leader who excels at developing teams, maintaining exceptional service standards, and delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in luxury or upscale resort or hotel environments

Proven leadership within multiple restaurant outlets

Strong banquet and catering operational experience

Ability to lead and inspire large teams in high-volume settings

Commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence
