A leading business aviation network is seeking a General Manager to oversee FBO operations at its Tallahassee, Florida location.

This senior leadership role carries full commercial oversight of the local aviation operation, including responsibility for financial performance, service delivery, safety, and team leadership across the facility. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in operations and people leadership, preferably within aviation, transportation, or complex service environments, and is comfortable owning both strategy and day‑to‑day execution.

The organization seeks a hands‑on, service‑driven operator who excels at leading managers, building a strong service culture, and aligning local performance with enterprise standards and expectations.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in operations leadership within aviation, transportation, logistics, or related service sectors

Proven success managing P&L, budgets, and commercial performance at the location level

Strong track record leading and developing multi‑level teams, including front-line managers

Reporting to the EVP, Operations; this leadership position will lead a team of 5 managers. The position is eligible for both a monthly and quarterly bonus.  Our client is open to hospitality leaders who have either heart of house or front of house experience.
