General Manager leading a premier four-star, full-service destination resort in the Southwest. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proven hospitality executive with a strong operational background, a passion for guest experience, and a
deep understanding of luxury service standards. Prior Food and Beverage leadership experience is required, as this role oversees a robust and revenue-driven F&B program.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all resort operations, including
Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Recreation, and Financial. Drive financial performance through revenue growth, expense management, and asset optimization
Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability,
service excellence, and continuous improvement
Elevate the guest experience by ensuring all service standards meet or exceed four-star
expectations
Oversee and actively engage in the Food & Beverage division, ensuring innovative
programming, quality execution, and profitability
Collaborate with ownership and corporate partners to execute strategic initiatives and
long-term vision
Maintain strong community relationships and represent the resort as a brand ambassador
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and operational standards
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in full-service hotels or
resorts
Previous Hotel Manager or Resort Manager experience in a four-star or higher property
preferred
Strong Food and Beverage background required, with experience overseeing multiple
outlets, banquets, and high-volume operations
Proven financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and driving
profitability
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Experience in destination resort environments highly preferred
