Residential / Properties Manager for a high-rated luxury resort destination in the Southeastern US.
Position Overview
This role oversees a portfolio of 159 luxury estate homes and cottages (4–8 bedrooms) within the resort’s rental program.

The ideal candidate brings:
4+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury resort or rental operations
Direct experience with rental program onboarding and management
Strong operational knowledge of Front Desk and Concierge functions
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional owner and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across residential rental programs.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Manage owner relations and onboarding processes.
Ensure seamless guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure.
Maintain compliance with all operational standards and regulations.
