We are conducting a search for an exceptional Assistant Director of Banquets to join one of the Southeast’s most prestigious Forbes Five-Star / Five-Diamond resorts.

As a key member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, you’ll help lead banquet operations for an incredible range of events—from world-class weddings and high-profile corporate gatherings to VIP functions and unforgettable celebrations.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop teams, partner with culinary and event leadership, and help create experiences that guests will remember long after they leave.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in banquet operations within a luxury hotel, resort, private club, or high-end hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of banquet operations, event execution, and luxury service standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
• Current United States work authorization required
