Responsibilities
- oversee all golf operations, including golf shop, outside operations and cart fleet
- annual operating and capital budgets with full P and L responsibility
- group outings, tournaments and golf sales
- partnership with course maintenance, food and beverage and resort sales teams
- member and guest service standards
- player development and instruction programs
- management of a high-performance golf team
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have:
- PGA Class A Membership in good standing
- 5-7 years of progressive golf management experience, including leadership at the Head Golf Professional level or higher
- experience in luxury resorts, private clubs and high-volume outing and tournament operations
- proven multi-department team leadership and budget management experience
- bachelor's degree preferred
- current U.S. work authorization required for this opportunity
