Assistant Restaurant General Manager for Fine Dining restaurants with a Five-Star Luxury Resort.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Restaurant General Manager will work closely with the Restaurant General
Manager and Resort Food & Beverage Director to oversee daily operations, elevate service
execution, and ensure both restaurants consistently reflect five-star luxury standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and who understands the nuances of both refined Italian dining and elevated fine-dining service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of two signature restaurants within the resort
Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional and personalized
guest experiences
Maintain the highest service standards in line with five-star luxury expectations
Support recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of restaurant
staff
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between front and
back of house
Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve service issues with professionalism and
confidence
Assist in managing labor, costs, and operational efficiency while maintaining a premium
guest experience
Ensure all service, presentation, and hospitality standards reflect a world-class dining
experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a luxury resort, five-star hotel, or high-end stand alone restaurant
Strong background in upscale or fine dining service (Italian dining experience is highly
valued); Proven leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
Polished, professional presence with exceptional communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility luxury environment
