Description

A luxury destination resort in Central Florida is seeking a Wedding Event Manager to lead, plan, and execute weddings and related celebrations across a multi‑venue campus.

This role owns the full wedding lifecycle—from initial consultation and proposal development through planning, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up—ensuring each couple enjoys an exceptional, highly personalized experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in weddings or high‑end social events, with experience partnering closely with culinary, banquet, and operations teams.

Key Qualifications:

Experience planning and executing weddings and upscale social events in a resort, hotel, or dedicated venue setting

Proven ability to manage the full event lifecycle, from sales and planning to day‑of coordination

Strong collaboration with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to deliver seamless events

This position is resort based; relocation assistance and temporary housing are included in the compensation package.
