Associate Director of Catering at an award-winning Southern California resort. This is the top leadership position for the Catering Department. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of three Catering Managers, all of whom have impressive tenure. The resort’s unique outdoor venues, including lawns, gardens, and a private beach, attract a lot of interest and inquiries from the wedding segment. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and serves as the second in command for making decisions and developing strategies.
