A distinguished resort is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to provide strategic and hands-on leadership for its fine-dining program. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead an acclaimed dining program within one of the industry’s most distinguished luxury resort settings on the East Coast.
Responsibilities
- oversees elevated restaurant operations, service standards, guest experience, team development and overall guest expericence

Qualifications
- Experience in luxury resort, hotel, or fine-dining restaurant environments
- Proven leadership of upscale or chef-driven restaurant operations
- Deep understanding of service standards, guest engagement, and operational excellence
- Ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing front-of-house teams
- Strong financial, scheduling, and operational management skills
- Commitment to delivering a polished and memorable dining experience
- Current U.S. work authorization required
