The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of progressive upscale or fine-dining management experience.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of elevated service, food and beverage, and guest relations.
- Solid financial, labor, inventory, and P&L management skills.
- A polished, energetic, and highly guest-focused leadership style.
- Wine and beverage experience preferred.
- Current U.S. work authorization required for this opportunity.
